N440BX no video no beeps

My N440BX works fine but, after shutdown and then start up again it
doesn't start any more. It not display any video of the POST and also
there is no beeps. If I change the jumper to the recovery position I
have 4-4-2-4 beeps. What it means? The floppy disk does not read
anything.
What can I do?
This mother has 2 128 DIMM 100 MHz ECC. I have changed from one to
another and it don't work.
