Does C440GX+ board work with 700 MHz PIII Xeon processors?

Has anybody on this list tried this unholy combination?

I've got the board with the latest BIOS... 8.4 VRM's... a sense of
adventure... all the ingredients, right?

They're both 100MHz FSB, but the voltage requirements for the 700MHz
give me pause.
