help selecting a motherboard

I've got a D915PBL board with 3.4Ghz P4(551 cpu) and DDR-2 533 memory
I'm using SATA drives and of course pata ide DVD&CD
The board is toast and i need to find a replacement. Ideally
it would be upgradable to the core 2 duo so i can upgrade later
on. Seems like every board i look at only supports DDR2-667 or better
Anyone got a recommendation on what and where to buy?
