BMC update on STL2 Server board. Fault LED fix

Hi,
I am running an STL2 board in a SR2100 chassis and having problems
with the fault LED flashing for no reason.
I have followed the instructions in the technical advisory released
by Intel to update the BMC Firmware. Having updated the firmware the
problem still exists, i am using the recommended front panel cable
that was supplied with the STL2 board and not the one supplied with
the chassis.
The firmware is revision 11.19.
Has anyone encountered the same problem or dose anyone know of an
other way to correct this fault.
