I am running Windows 95. In my device manager, under Universal Serial Bus Controller, the Intel 82371AB PCI to USB Universal Host Controller has the following error message: System Failure; Try changing the driver for this device. My question is how to I find the correct driver and how do I install it? I got this message after an unsuccessful attemp to uninstall an anti-virus
software (Norton Safe on the Web). I have since successfully uninstalled this software. Thanks

Hiya..
I had the same problem..and was looking for an updated driver too..
couldn't find it..noone could solve de prob for me..
then i came acroos ur msg...but no reply..since i resolved de prob..tot tt i share it wif ya.
frm my guess intel has no updated driver..it's just tt the driver was misplaced
in our system..

to put back ur driver where it belongs...click on update driver...
and select from available list...
choose de one u need and then locate de file..
mine was in \windows\system\
just do a find command for tt specific file on ur local drives/win95 cd-rom
by de way..i'm using windows.osr 2.5(something like dat..but wif a 2.5..;))
guess de remedy's similar..try it out..
