Desperately need Intel Overdrive Processor Upgrade for 60mhz
computer. Am told they are not being made any more. We are
retired and consider our 3 1/2 year old computer as still
fairly new! Does anyone know where we can get this part?
We have tried many surplus computer stores on the net, without
success.

Thankss for your help.

I do not have a solution - I have the same problem as yours!

If anyone also could tell me where to find an Overdrive Processor for my Gateway 2000 P5 - 60 "Best Buy" I would be very grateful. The original came with a Pentium 60 MHz processor and the manual says that it can be upgraded with an Intel Overdrive P5T. However, on looking through various sites on the Web, I think the part number of the upgrade is PODP5V133. Trouble is, noboy seems to stock it, and Intel ceased manufacture in March of this year, apparently.

Your help would be appreciated!

pentium processor and doubles the performance to 120 or 133 respectively. If you are interested
