I have an Intel Pentium Overdrive running at 166 MHz. I don't think it has MMX.
Can anyone tell me at what voltage I'm suppose to set this CPU for?

It's installed on an Asus P5A-B Super-7 motherboard.

Is 3.3V fine? STD or VRE?
