Hello,
Currently owning a new Gateway desktop system with the Wl810e motherboard
using the Intel/ Gateway video display drivers.
I have downloaded all drivers related to Intel's Video adapter with
the same result and so far that has been 6 drivers from
http://www.gateway.com/support/product/drivers/video/integrated.shtml
using a fresh reinstall of Windows each time.
At 1024*768 resolution the Display Desktop is blurred with 3
mirrored images of the Desktop area repetitively shown bunched together.
At 800*600 the monitor has a inch of blackness on the left side of
the monitor.
Problem is related to the Intel/ Gateway video drivers and the Acer 7133s
monitor.
SETUP:
Gateway system with 128MB Ram, Win98se, FC-FGA Celeron 633, Acer 7133s
monitor
I have downloaded the .inf files from

Video Card is integrated into the motherboard,. Intel 810 chipset.
Motherboard model is 4000626.
I have also tried Gateway's driver update tool which downloaded
and installed the 7508236.exe
Problems are still as mentioned.
I borrowed a Sony Trinitron which worked perfectly at every resolution.
No question the problem has something to do with the graphics driver.
PS. The Acer monitor has been used on two other systems for years at
1024*768
resoltion with no problem.
WL81020A is the bios identifier.
