The video driver 5.12.1.2641 does not work well

I ma developing some JAVA gui application, my intel video friver is
i81x 5.12.1.2641.
with this driver, after my java gui is pop up, and start netmeeting,
my java gui will be white out(can't refresh). If upgrade to 5.13... it
works OK.
But my machine get crashed after upgrading, it kepp rebooting again
and again.
