Hello, I have just downloaded the latest 810e drivers from your
website, Version 6.4 for Win ME. I know have major problems, and get
the following messages at startup.

ERROR STARTING PROGRAM THE IGFXTRAY.EXE FILE IS LINKED TO MISSING
EXPORT HCCUTILS.DLL:ISDISPLAYDEVICEACTIVE

and also

JUST IGFXTRAY.EXE=HKCMD.EXE

I also have my screen resolution set to 16-BIT 1280x1024 which is on
your list , If I have it on the default setting, one of my desktop
icons would be almost full screen in size.

I have obtained previous driver updates direct from the Compaq site,
and have never experienced a problem. Today I also tried to download
your drivers from the Compaq site again, into a seperate directory,
then I tried to install those drivers through the system device
wizard, still I get the same errors at startup.

My biggest problem is that now my Windows Media player wont work, it
hangs soon after turning it on, I have even overloaded Win ME, which
fixed my media player for just 5 minutes, then again everything froze,
and I restarted, and got those same error messages as above.

Can someone please help, these graphics drivers I just downloaded are
a nightmare, and everything was just perfect before I did that. I
havent downloaded anything else, and nothing else has happened to
cause these problems,

Awaiting your prompt advices, Thankyou in advance,

Terrie

My system specs are.

Compaq Presario.5000T
Pentium 3 733mhz
512mg Infinity PC133 SDRAM
OS. WIN ME

Then why would you want to change anything if "everything was just perfect?"

The reason I changed the drivers Is that I found some more up to date
ones, plus my media player stopped playing a certain movie,

So any help would be appreciated,

TIA
