i810 driver - performance problems

hi all.

I have a problem with the newest versions of the i810 driver under XP.

When I use the 5.13.01.2753 driver, I have problems with the BltFast,
so I take the 6.13.01.31.96.

But with this driver I have less than 60% of the performance which I
have with the old one.

e.g. with Quake3 I have only the half framerate!

are there any reasons for that?
how can I speed up the new driver?!
are there any tools to do that?
what is the difference between this two drivers?!
