810 chipset tv out aspect ratio?

I have a 810e video chipset in my ezgo computer, and have the thing
running in my car w/the tv out going to a 7" widescreen monitor.

I tried using powerstrip to change the aspect ratio, but it only works
on the vga side of things, not tv out. Is there a way that i can
output 800x430 or anything in the 16:9 aspect ratio from this thing?
or do i have to deal w/the the edges of the screen being truncated?
