Videophone (v.3) & Win2000

I use Videophone (v3), with my original PCI card (altho I've
replaced the Intel camera with NTSC out from my Coolpix). There is no
other software which works as well as VP (I love it!). Now, I need to
upgrade to Win2k and understand Intel does not support Win2k ...
however, I see some posts regarding beta drivers (i.e., CS430W2K.ZIP),
but see also this may be the USB version(?). Can someone help me
understand how I can possibly use VP3 with Win2k? ... do I need to
install Win2k with dualboot options?
