Hi,

I am currently studying towards M.Sc. of computer science at the Open University and would very much like to participate in this competition with my friend who is studying at BGU.
Is it possible to make an exception to the rule of allowed universities in order to have us compete as a mixed couple?

It is open to OpenU students – we will update the official document as well.
