That would be these part numbers:

103109-001-8706-609-BX366 (male)

103059-001-8652-609-BX360 (female)

The blue 2x18 ones. I believe they are T&B Ansley series connectors. Unfortunately they seem pretty hard to find. They're ever-so-slightly different than standard 0.100 double-row headers. The pins are a little bit rectangular, and the connector height is a little bit less.
