IGB depth graph: solid box vs open box

Dear All,

Why IGB depth graph of bam files (mapped to hg19 in my case) contains both solid box and open box to illustrate depth peaks? I attached an image here to describe my question.

Hi Xiao,

Depending on the level of zoom or data density the graphs may render slightly differently. 

I would recommend playing around with the Graph tab settings. If you select the graphs of interest you can change their appearance in the Graph tab by modifying whether they are shown as Bar, Filled Bar, Min/Max/Mean, etc.
