IGB browser (Mac version 9.1.10) frozen frequently

Dear All,

My IGB browser has frozen frequently although I have enough memory (Mac Catalina OS, 64 GB RAM). It seems that when I left the "open file" window for a few minutes (e.g 10 minutes) and IGB browser is likely frozen. I attached a couple of images here to describe my problem.

Hi Xiao,

I will see if I can replicate this issue on my Mac.

Since you are on the early access version of IGB, could you provide the commit id so I can test that exact version?

To find the commit id in IGB, click on Help > About Integrated Genome Browser. The commit id should towards the bottom and look something like a long string of letters and numbers.
