In IGB 9.1.8 the UCSC DAS Data Source is disabled by default. Genomes and data sets provided by UCSC DAS will be unavailable in IGB while the UCSC DAS Data Source is disabled.
To enable UCSC DAS in IGB:
Open IGB
Select File
Select Preferences...
In the Preferences window, select the Data Sources tab
Click the checkbox in the Enabled column for UCSC DAS (it may take a few seconds to turn on).
Select Preferences...
In the Preferences window, select the Data Sources tab
Click the checkbox in the Enabled column for UCSC DAS (it may take a few seconds to turn on).
