Lost in translation

Hi Terry,

 

I'm Yashar Ghayour, an integrally informed entity with Iranian and Swedish flavours, living in Stockholm. I wanted to point out a major mistake made in the farsi translation.

 

In the Quadrants_Farsi.pdf   "its" has been translated to [mal-e ãn], the genitive form meaning belonging to it. The correct translation is [ãnhã] which signifies the plural form of it.

 

In the same document the word collective been translated to [daste jam'i]. A much better and more elegant translation would be just [jam'i].

 

I'm very excited reading about your journey to Iran. Integral theory, especially integral politics is a big passion of mine. Being an integrative "product" of eastern and western cultures I'm in good position to contribute to any future initiative for reconciliation and integral dialougue. Just let me know..
