o IDHCC/Whittier food hub update. Thanksgiving meal Distribution debrief

o Annual tradition of the IDHCC Christmas Pozole Kit Distribution December 15,2023 3pm-6pm Whitter Food Hub.

o Free bus and Sunvan INDEFINATLY! YES! Thank you T4B and Community Partners.

o IDHCC 501C3 update. We are looking for new board members.

Road Runner December Drive Through Mobile Distribution: Tuesday, Dec. 19th, 9 am estimated start time. The distribution will be held at EXPO New Mexico located at: 300 San Pedro Dr. NE. Use gate 3 at the San Pedro and Copper gate to enter the grounds. This will be a drive-through distribution. Please clear out trunks/backseats to place food and boxes in those spaces. If you are picking up for multiple households, please ENSURE you have enough room in your vehicle. Please expect wait times. Bring snacks, entertainment, and water. Bathrooms are available on the grounds of EXPO New Mexico. We anticipate distributing food up to 3 pm pending food availability.
