Dear class,
The class discussed and thought it would be nice to have a get together event after we are done with this last class.
I am hereby sending email to ask for suggestions of type of activity we should do, venue and dates. Those who were in class gave their suggestions, but it would be nice to get everyone onboard.
Once we identify the above- a commettee of volunters will come up with final suggestions of venue, date and contribution.
Looking forward to hearing from everyone- Let us meet again before we part ways.
