query about downloading latest release

Hi all,

I want to download the latest/current release of INTACT database in a tab-limited text file, which is updated weekly.

Please suggest which file to download.

Hello,

You can download the latest MITAB 2.7 file of IntAct database here :
ftp://ftp.ebi.ac.uk/pub/databases/intact/current/psimitab/intact.zip.

We have two separate files : one for positive interactions and one for
negative interactions.
