a month ago i have find info. regarding interaction between epstein barr virus and human and was getting results showing interaction ...................but today again when i wanted to find the query the results obtained ere different.

Can you please help me as this is related to my project work.

Hello,

Every month we release new interactions (manually curated) so your number of results may have changed because new interactions for epstein barr virus and human have been released. The proteins in IntAct are also updated every month (after each uniprot release) to be up to date with uniprot primary acs so some proteins may have new primary acs and kept the old one as secondary ac.

Could you tell me the query you used to query IntAct, what did you see after querying IntAct and what did you expect (is it only a different number of results, a missing binary interaction, etc.)
