B737 Pmdg Checklist

HiI have recently converted from FSX and am trying to find my way around X-Plane. Being used to the PMDG 737 I am trying to get familiar with (initially) the default 737-800. I am trying to get hold of some simple checklists - Cold and Dark to take off and landing and have searched the forum and downloaded what I thought was a simple checklist but it is obviously made to integrate into the plane. It's n a textfile format (attached) and can't find any information or tutorial about how to incoporate it into the X Plane 737. Can anyonehelp or point me in the right direction please? I have searched the forum including tutorials but with no success. Any help would be appreciated.

Could I suggest that perhaps you download and install the ZIBO B737-800 which is freeware with donations appreciated by the developers. It is based on the default X-Plane 11 B737-800 with amazing upgrades and additions including built in check lists. Hi John, Thanks for your reply, I intend to try the ZIBO in due course but thought I would try the default first just to get a grip with X Plane. It is frustrating leaving FSX having spent so much money on add ins but you get fed up tweaking and adjusting to keep it going. Final straw was difficulty in multi monitor set up so have taken the plunge!

Many thanks for your reply, Have downloaded the two files from your link. One says for XP 10 the other doesn't mention which version. Which should I use for XP 11.30? Do I put this in the plugins folder and does the script/checklist go in same folder? many thanks again for your help
