Various ideas were discussed in context to overall theme, individual performance theme and various elements. Following discussions with allotted works need to be marked.

• OVERALL THEME
  

1. Evolution Of religion
   

                       We can show how the era is changing w.r.t religion, like initially only the sun was worshiped and was considered as the ultimate heap of energy. Besides sea and                        rivers were also given importance as god. With the era changing we gradually shift towards god like brahma, vishnu etc.    (DHIREN)   

     

     2. Incarnation

                       We can show incarnations/cycle of life and death. For instance Lord Vishnu's Avatar or how a body in Greek mythology travels after death and re-birth, soul                                  purification etc.   (MYSELF)

• GENREWISE PERFORMANCE
  

Bollywood 

1.  Celebrating 100 years of Bollywood Cinema
   
2.  Celebration of a traditional Indian Marriage- whole rasam from sagai to shaadi, from ring finding game to other interesting games. Or we can give a social message through a marriage ceremony. (Golu+dhiren+niyati will thnk more on this)

Hip Hop

            Till now as chatto was present in meet, he has said to go with any romantic theme and shashank has said to go with any abstract story. Nothing much decided about hip             hop. Although few people have agreed to show hip hop performance in a gap not back to back as we always do. (Chatto & Shashank will post some ideas) 

Contemporary

1. Beethoven Story: He was an innovator and combined vocals and instruments in a new way. His personal life was marked by a struggle against deafness.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ludwig_van_Beethoven. (Lakhan will handle this)       
   
2. While sound sleeping the souls roam in a parallel universe- we can show their life over there, activities, fantasy etc. (Pikai)

Classiccal

1. Orchestra of Emotions:  We can have a set of dancers dancing controlled by a man whose mood swings and dancers dance accordingly. Various moods can be depicted through classical form exaggerating the needed expressions.

Comedy

          

         No discussion yet. Lakhan+pikai+anuj+pravesh+ramteke+yash  will think a plot. Although we can have any abstract from pyaar ka punchnaama.

Couple

         No plot or genre decided. (Gaurav pooniwala) 

Folk

         We can think of bhangra, garba and other new north eastern dance. (Northeastern dance will be handled by niyati and other forms by golu) 

Professional

1. Any Martial Art performance
2. Aerial Act  
   

Some other general plots 

1. Avengers Hero performance (Midhun will handle this)
2. Midget Dance (Sai krishna + shrey)
3. Toy Story: How the toys react while they think they are of their own in this world and no one is there to notice their activities as in movie. (Somesh will develop this plot)
4. Reverse Dancing: A performance choreographed in such a way that a certain chunk of performance is the reverse steps of another set of choreography. (Niyati)
5. Dream: Life is all about dream. Dream has its own attributes in every stage of life. As a child one thinks of chocolates, toys. As he/she grows, dreams transformed into materialistic lust. As one grew older dream is all about content life. (More detailed plot will be made by Aman Shah)
6. Any international dance festival shows we can think of. (Sai krishna & Jitendra)
7. Belly Dance (Aishwarya Narayan has promised to do a choreo :D)

• Elements

1. Puppet kind of dance with one person and two dummies. (Shravan post video)
2. Use of Laser and changing LED's (Hostel 9 :P)
3. Use of Chinese/Japanese fans
4. Optical illusion (Shravan+Meet post videos)
5. Two group of people dancing separated be a frame. One group will be in shadow (Shrey post video)
6. Patriotic Performance to start with

We had a belly dance routine at AIDS two years ago. I was suggesting male belly dancers. If any of the guys are man enough to carry it off :D You could check out male belly dance videos. It's not uncommon. ;)

• Something fusion of Karan -Arjun and Desi Boyz
  

              Story of two boys as in Karan Arjun, we can add a bit of sholay too if we want. Re-birth of these two boys in new era would be like Rocko n Hunter.                       (Yash is building story plot of this alternative.)

• Story line on track of Pyaar Ka Punchnaama
  

             Every love life's problem- bachelor to crush to love to breakup to frustration to bla bla.... (Ramteke is handling this plot)

             For Indian folk : Many new styles like north eastern, Indian diversity with patriotic touch

*The Great Indian Wedding - showing all traditions involved in an Indian arranged wedding celebration

                                -  old v/s new generation weddings

the performance can be the starting one for the AIDS in terms of its grandness.

*Ashtanayika - 8 phases of emotions of a girl - one person controlling the dancers depicting the emotions - we can do  some  forms and at the last fusion of all in the end - @meera

* Dashavatar - vishnu k dus avatar - every avatar has a story which can be depicted - cenrtal character as vishnu - @smruti

*Devi k 9 avatar  - same as former idea but a diifferent theme - @golu post the video

*any particular mythological story like krishna leela - can be depicted quite nicely and will be different from what we have seen from long time - @meera come up with story/stories to show

*Yug-veda : 4 yug dikha sakte hain  - yet to think upon what exactly needs to be shown - @pikai

*Bhaag Milkha Bhaag Parody : sardar Milkha ( innocent ) falling in love with South Indian girl ( tapori) and runs away from home with her in Chennai Express but the girl ditches him after reaching there and then he fights for his love  -

*Andaz Apna Apna : 2 friends who think they are stud actors but actually are failures - @gagan think on the storyline

7)Welcome Dance

*Video mapping will be a kick start to AIDS but need to incorporate more things like Shadow and normal dance to make it a wholesome performance

Chillar Theme  (As proposed by Pilla)

Father: Ketan Phagat (KP)

Son 1: Hani Singh (HS)

Son 2: Money Ratnam (MR)

Girl 1: Karina Kaif (KK)

Girl 2: Banni Liyo (BL)
Lady 1: Ananya
Lady 2: Dimple

Plot: Ketan’s intro about his Tharkiyap in his college days and his resemblance with Chetan Bhagat. He could not marry his girlfriend (Ananya) but had two sons (twins) with her. Sons’ introduction. (Hani and Money) Hani likes a girl (Karina) but she doesn’t like him. Whereas Money has a girlfriend Banni. One day Ketan brings a lady (Dimple) to their house and introduces to his sons as his fiancé. After Dimple’s departure, Hani feels bad about not having a girlfriend and asks his father and brother for fundae. Hani follows those holy sayings while flirting and finally he proposes Karina and she accepts it. Parallely Money too proposes Banni for marriage and she too accepts. Two of them happily goes to their home along with their respective girlfriends. Dimple (after marrying Ketan), in their house reveals the truth about Banni, that she is her daughter. Meanwhile their father comes and reveals that Karina is Ananya’s daughter.

Probable Performance:
 

Video: Inka naam hai “Ketan Phagat”. Sirf Naam nahi inka kaam bhi Chetan Bhagat se milta hai. Haa, yeh bhi apna college days mei KHOOB machaaya. Dho bachche (2 children: twins) bhi ho gaye. Lekin yeh apni jaan se shaadi toh nahi kar paaya tha.  

        Yeh hai inke dho bachche. Ek hai money, (dikhta hai baap jaisa aur saala iska harkathe bhi baap ki tarah, ek number ka Gunda).

Sequence: Probably Mukkala Mukkabula (for introduction)(<1:15)

Video: Doosra hai Hani (dikhta hai maa jaisa aur hai bhi shareef. Partying senti janta. Kuch develop karke video badhaa saktha hai up to 15 sec). 

Sequence: Fully Faltu (<1:00)

Video: Ye hai Karina kaif. (Iske peecha padtha hai apna Hani. Banda shareef hai, toh bandi yuhi nahi patjaayeegi. Peecha kartha hai lekin Karina ko pasand nahi hai. So, bandi ke peeche padthe hue ek choreo and bandi intro)

Sequence: (Probably) Touch Me, Race (choreo from road to bolly flex mei 2:33 se http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QlZl_kXnLjQ) & (probably) tu mera agal bagal (Rahul Chowdary choreography) (<1:15)

Video: Ye hai Banni Liyo. Ye hai apna Money ki girlfriend. (Banni ke uupar thoda story (fatte) develop karke, video 15 sec tak kar sakthe hai)
 
Sequence: (agar hoga toh ek aur, bandi ka intro song) and a love song, Probably Ishq waala love: Very light choreo (<1:15)

Video: Ketan ek bandi (apna gf) ko leke aata hai ghar aur introduce kartha hai dono bachche ko. (Boltha hai ki iske saath shaadi karne waala hoon mai and all). Bandi nikal jaathi hai and Hani rotha hai ki gf nahi hai. (boltha hai ki peecha pad raha hoon lekin nahi pati… Money bhi thode din mei apni gf ko propose karne waala hai, aap bhi shaadi karne waale hai, mere paas atleast gf bhi nahi hai…) Ketan and Money giving fundae to Hani. (Ki aaj kal bandi shareef log ko nahi pategi, thoda naatak karna padtha hai and all such fundae).(dekh beta bahut kuch karna padtha hai. Starting mei despo nahi hona chaahiye. Thoda patience chaahiye…). Last mei (Papa bolenge ki “aur ye bhi hai beta ki agar bandi patgayi aur tere pyaar mei poora doob gayi na, tab toh sirf naughty cheez hi chaltha hai”) (Dono khushi se dreams mei chale jaayenge)
(Achaanak se voiceover: is poore scenario ko, is poore story ko kaunse Bollywood ke formula lagaathe hai. Bachche ke voice: Sal, Sal nahi patha sal. Sir voice: Ok mai bathaatha hoon)
 
Sequence: (ABCD padhli bahut. Ache cheez Karli bahut. Ab karoonga gandi baat) Gandi Baat (<1:30)

Video: (Hani texting karte hue dikhaayenge aur dikhaayenge ki bandi pat gayi. He too proposes Karina for marriage and she accepts it. Ye baat Hani, Money ko boltha hai and Money bhi apni shaadi ke bhare mei Hani ko bolta hai.)

Sequence: Top Lesipoddi (Telugu Song, Choreo shuru kiye the, ho jaayega) (<1:30)

Video: Dono apne apne bandi ko leke baap ke paas jaathe hai. Baap apni bandi (shaadi ho gaya) ke saath ghar mei honge. (Reveal karenge ki Banni Dimple ki beti hai aur Karina hai Ananya ki beti hai.)

Sequence: Bhudda hoga tera baap. (Last mei aisa kuch voiceover aayega ki “Ye Bhudda nahi, Tharki hai”… and Lights off. poster on screens “Bhudda hoga tera baap” likha hua, aayega and Bhudda ghoom ke “Tharki” ho jaayega.) Lights on and bow. THE END 

P.S: The first duet between Money and Banni is temporary and can be removed. Whereas the second one is important to have a time gap (for me) between two energy sequences. Names of Girls and Lady 2 are temporary. Some videos are not important (no dram part only narration) can be replaced with other things like only voice over and a photo slide show. Both the sequences for the introduction of girl characters are placed assuming a good lead dancer. I propose Sunmukh Sangode for father's role.
