It is very critical situation for surveyor. Officers posted in Allahabad know every things but they are silent. No body crying on this situation. I am flashing some incidents which have came in light during past. He snatched a laptop from ITGI, He torned the tenders in NIA, He has taken about hundred fake claims from various insurers for motorcycles. He manipulated complete body shell on a insured Tavera in OIC. matter has exposed, copy of survey report attached. He has threaten to officers in their offices many times. He misbehaved with surveyors regularly.   In spite of above, all concerned are silent. I am also very much shocked and condemn the incident.

I am also thankful to Sri Vipin Shukla for his prompt efforts in the matter.

I would advise all the surveyors of Allahabad to stop work and agitate
in front of concerned police station till the arrest of the alleged
culprit.

All the witnesses should be morally supported to come in front to
resist even the bail of the culprit.

Any type of crimes are done by the people of low mental strengths who
commit the crimes for their egos & financial weeknesses and I dont
find anything surprising because from the past records of such people
it becomes clear that they became used to such acts just for their
self interests.

WHAT IS IMPORTENT IS THAT HOE & IN WHAT MANNER ANY CRIMES ARE RESISTED
& CHALLENGED BY THE SOCIETY

Remember the reaction of Late Sri M.K. Gandhi advocate who was pushed
out of a train coach in the illegal way. This person showed the whole
world how to react & resist the crime even in a foreign country. Now
we also know this man as H.E. FATHER OF OUR NATION

The above was also quoted by me from the podium at the last ceremony
at second Bhimtal seminar with reference to resisting the redefining
of 64UM, Contract surveyors & IHAs.

Here I would also recall about my repeated requests for supporting the
agitation of Patna surveyors against the IHAs but no body came forward
for the sake of unity.

                                     No doubt the incidence was
unfortunate. In  the  message of  Mr.Vipin Shukla;  he  has  written
 that- I am also thankful to our National Secretary Mr. Ashok Kumar

who talked to SSP Allahabad without any delay and demand to immediate

strong action against culprits. Mr. Shukla has also mentioned that-
i am thankful to our Allahabad colleagues who were unite and reached
police station immediately.

In your message you have mentioned that- Our leaders are busy
enough not to even comment on the issue. It seems that they are
hehaving like deaf and
dumb.....; . Allahabad surveyors should unite , complain to the
police etc...
Request you to read & understand  the  message  before making
any  comment. Otherwise  tomorrow some one will  call  you  blind
 like  you  called  leaders as  deaf & dumb.
