Mis propaganda about legal expenses and other issues

Dear friends

Its been observed from social media that a group while campaigning for 13th CC elections making  false  allegations

of legal expenses .

These  cases are against IIISLA by Lalit  Gupta , JL TIku and  Team  which  includes following   matters

 

1. Against CC election 2019

2.  To seek STAY  on  AGM 2019

3.To appoint  administrator  on IIISLA

4.Against  Upgradation of  members

5. to seek STAY  against removal of Lalit  Gupta  from IIISLA for misconduct regarding his  disqualified  DIN [  copy attached ]

The  legal expense  was incurred to save IIISLA in  the larger  interest of members and encounter  above mentioned  cases , attaching  proofs  of the  cases from HOn Delhi HC for  members' knowledge to know  the  facts and making  them  aware & alert .

But it  seems  that these people have  taken members for granted  as THE ISSUE of DELHI   Bank of Badoda account [ transaction worth    58 lakhs rupees] which is operated  unauthorisedly / illegally and notified by "Anandam &Co" in  thier audit report which is  one of the  main  hindrance  in getting  Chartered  Status to IIISLA   [copy attached] is being diverted . And Police complaint in Hyderabad as well as Delhi has been already lodged .[copy attached ].

Choosing right people at this crucial stage  in CC is Left to the members wisdom

Dear All,

I have been keeping quite till now, thinking that I will from hereon shall not involve in any of these dirty politics and mudslinging, but alas I am prompted by these acts of cheap and stupid allegations for the sake of power, and their version of brawling is no where near to the real facts   

It seems that these people are desperate, and trying to corner Mr. Rahul Jadhav with all those allegations, especially since they know that there is no chance for manipulation with third party names, like Calcutta Club as before.

All these  messiahs and so-called saviors of the profession now sitting on the chairs are those involved in scams and defrauding funds,and the members know very well that they are the real culprits and are trying to hide their misdeeds by false allegations.

As Mr. Sarabjit  has mentioned, "it is very much clear and visible from what is clarified by Mr Rahul Jhadav that set of power hungry are again using cheap mudslinging,false allegation tactics which is against election conduct rules made effective by Election officer"

I am sure that the intelligent members will not repeat the mistakes of bringing these people back to power again, if at all they did it.  They are sure to  answer these people with their power of votes in the coming days.

3] Reputation / Regard of IRDA approved surveyors are diminishing & these IRDA approved Surveyors are loosing their identities in the market because of conducting of more than 70% of the surveys by undermatriculate unlicenced fellows.

4] Now the new names likewise RAMU, RINKU, TONY. MINTU, GOLU SURVEYORS[  undermatriculate non licenced surveyors ] are becoming populars in the market. Vehicle owners are not exactly aware with the education criteria of these non licenced  surveyors & about their in house limits[ as declared not more than 50000/= ] & are accepting the services of these undermatriculate non licenced fellows.

5] PRE-INSPECTION JOBS ALSO SHOULD EITHER WITH NEW ENTRAINT SURVEYORS OR WITH THE FELLOWS WHO ARE TAKING TRAINING WITH ANY EXPERIENCED SURVEYOR. Now a days there is book of Pre-Inspection with few vegetable sellers also.

                              There are so many things against whom work is required for betterment of IIISLA. I, appeal to vote to such fellows who at least may do something good for the betterment of IIISLA.

Dear Sir

I feel personally that we were united enough when IIISLA was not there. All contestant before election pretend to get ready for welfare of IIISLA  but nothing has been done except mud throwing like our political leaders.

All leaders are ready to secrifice their life ( before election) for the betterment of IIISLA but  till date our Institute ( better to say the Institute of leaders) has not obtained the chartered Institute status. Nothing has been done for the fixation of minimum survey fees in Pvt Insurer ( the accumulated business of pvt players is not less 50 percent of the total business) . Pvt players are doing survey of any amount ( even more than 10 lakh in Motor ) either by video calling or by their inhouse staff  but no action has been taken by our leaders 

Still all leader wants ( atleast before elected) betterment of IIISLA and Survey fraternity.

Swo me 80 beiman, firbhi humara desh mohan.

Really Seleucus what a strange country this is......

5. Good orientation ability.

6. Qualification, commitment, capabilities and finally integrity.
