ON LINE RENEWAL OF LICENCE

Dear friends,

 

" FOR RENEWAL OF LICENCE "

 

Kindly send your licence and pan card copy to 'surve...@irda.gov.in' in turn you will get a 'user id' and 'password' from IRDA, then you can open the website  http://www.irdabap.org.in by using the user id and password.

After long in first thing you have to do is change of password of your convenient one. You will get the screen as below;

Click on Surveyor - Individual button you will get the below mentioned buttons below that;

Surveyor Training & Enrollment  /  Licensing  /  Returns  /  Pending for clarification  /  View application Status  /    Pay Penalty.

Click on Licensing button, in the left hand side column you will get 'New Licence' / 'Renewal Licence' / Duplicate Licence / Modification & Upgrading / View licence details.

Click on Renewal Licence button. You will get instructions screen and as per the instruction you will click on the next button. You have to fill details in the 'Employment Details'  and then upload all the original scanned documents like

'Affidavit' (PDF -FORMAT), 'Degrre/Diplomo Certificate' (PDF -FORMAT), 'Experience Certificate' (PDF -FORMAT),

'NOC form Employer' (PDF -FORMAT), 'Passpost Size Photo' (JPG - Format), 'Photo ID' (JPG - Format), 'Address Proof' (PDF -FORMAT), 'Scanned Signature' (JPG - Format).

After  uploading all the documents click on the next button you will see 'Form Over view' click on the submit button.

Then, click on 'Returns' button here you have to upload and fill 'Form-12' for last five financial years in the drop down box you can select the year and then fill the form and quantum of losses and upload the original scanned form for each financial years. After uploading and filling all the details you click on 'Submit Forms' button. Thus finishes the job.
