Survey Fees not paid by the Insurance Company since the license is not renewed

Dear friends,

Since my license is not renewed the Insurance Company is not releasing the Survey Fees stating the my license is not live, whereas while I released the Survey Report my license was alive. How to get the fees from the Insurance Company?
