Dear Friends,

With heavy heart I have to write that  ,All tall claims regarding Master circular made by these so called office bearers, RPB  Team has proved to be fake. 

IIISLA role as I wrote earlier also is to provide the list of members only and no any involvement to provide software in execution, implementation of Master circular.

Their complete tenure they have spent to square up their personal account with the members for that they have filed more than Fifteen cases in NCLT HYDERABAD AND CHENNAI misusing members hard earned money. 

As far as IIISLA is concerned as a company they have failed in all fronts whether it's AGM , ACCOUNTS OR Maintaining CC , ZONAL OR CHAPTER UPDATE AS PER AOA.

Dear Rahul Ji, 

This means IRDAI or some other authority will prepare the software. We only have to provide the list of surveyors. This will work better. The new team hiked the subscription without any use and used vindictive politics to target the opposition. Some leaders use the power like that. Now for the sake of the profession, all should work with unity.  All leaders should withdraw the cases and work on one agenda of upliftment of profession. Elections are coming. First we should remove the benevolent fund from our IIISLA preview as it creates a lot of problems. Software is not an issuenow . As the work of surveyors is decreasing. Annual fees should be kept at the lower level.  With unity, we can create a better future for the profession.

  MISP was implemented because of the detailed letter from the Kerala Chapter Chairman Mr.Sivan Pillai and Mr.Lalit Gupta is trying to hijack the same. 

  Mr.Lalith Gupta and Mr.R.P.Bhasin were the God Fathers of LAA and without informing the Surveyors a secret agreement was signed with United India. During the LAA agitation in Kerala the Kerala Chapter Chairman Mr.P.A.Santosh betrayed the Surveyor Fraternity and is still continuing his activity to see that all the surveyors who have participated in the LAA agitation are kept out of the UIIC panel. Mr.P.A.Santosh went to each and every office and made sure that Mr.Sali Raj the Unit Coordinator of Kochi Unit was not to be given any assignments based on the suspension letter issued by Mr.Yogesh Patel as he was one of the participants of an EGM. Now the Kerala High Court has reserved its verdict to be delivered in Nov 24 in favour of Mr.Sali Raj. All the Central Council Members and Kerala Chapter Council Members are party to the case for misuse of the authority.

Mr.Lalit Gupta as the President is a failure and he ruined the professionalism of the Surveyor Community.

 

You as the President also followed the same path and could not do anything good for the fraternity during your tenure.. 

Now Mr.R P Bashin is also following the path of both of you. 

The ultimate fact is that by the end of the day CC is absolutely useless, it only knows how to manipulate things and make things worse day by day.

Please do not speak out as if you are innocent. 

I reiterate that none of the CC till date have worked for the fraternity. 

Wishing all the readers of the mail a new year full of prosperity. I request every fraternity member to share the contents to the maximum possible to make sure that none of the present or past CC members shall be allowed to contest the election and even if they contest they should be thrown out.

If to implement the Master circular recommendations without violating the act, 

selection of surveyor for a claim can be done by the GI council/IIISLA, and the allotment mail to be sent by the insurer.

I have mentioned about the great cheating of the members on a very vital issue  related to their bread and butter BUT why you are interested to divert the issue I don't understand.

Will you pl share your subscription payment receipt here SO THAT members will know that whether you were blocked or not . 

Because many of the members like me who opposed unreasonable Hike in subscription and WHO recognised this cheating of members by the RPB TEAM in advance  were blocked with out giving any reason. 

So you are one of the members who for the greed of some post in IIISLA have supported such ACT of cheating the members with this TEAM WHO regularly conducted ZOOM / CHEATING SHOW and NOW thay are hiding their FACE .

And even after dead line given by IRDAI for implementation of MASTER CIRCULAR this TEAM is not coming forward to update the members What's reality.

Has any President blocked such huge no.of members WHO are asking questions??

Pl learn to call a spade a spade  And clear your intention of diverting an important issue regarding common innocent members.

I agree with Mr Rajadhree Datta"s views and his analysis .

One can easily see  that all ex and current IIISLA representatives whether in CC , ZONAL council OR chapter who are writting and replying  various topics BUT touching  MASTER CIRCULAR And cheating by this Team ,

Such type of  master circular was never before published which is now issued by IRDAI along with so many other circulars and this was the opportunity for this Team to do something for fraternity but  they have wasted all tenure in blocking  the members who are not supporting thier LIES  

ONE  can see that ex or present IIISLA representatives jumped in and replying in this mail chain without touching the subject of this mail chain which proves that their intentions of contesting elections only  and this panel will include these issue diverters like Mr Binu (all time contestant for CC BUT failed) , Mr Pillai ( a puppet of Tanmoy Sarkar.All time good for nothing representative of IIISLA) Mr Vipin Shukla etc will be the next panellist.

Will these GFN fellows  declare here that they will not contest henceforth  IIISLA election and give space to fresh blood with potential and zeal to do something for fraternity.

If yes I am the First to declare that I will not  contest any IIISLA election.

As long as my contribution to fraternity is concerned not only as a CC but as academic fellow I have wrote contents of S01 PRINCIPLES  AND PRACTICE OF  INSURANCE Ssurvey and loss assessment   which is a text book for becoming / ENTERING  asa SLA / exam by III and approved by IRDAI.

Because lot of HORSE TRADERS are there in our fraternity and we have to stop this insider trading.

If we can implement atleast these  three things, maybe, I repeat, maybe we can save IIISLA and the profession. But who will do this job..........................

It seems that I have been unfairly singled out, especially considering Mr. Binu has provided detailed insights about all office bearers. I would appreciate it if you could point out any instances that demonstrate my desire for a post or position.

As you know, I was the first to raise concerns about the blocking of certain memberships, which I believe was done for personal reasons by the CC. Given your leadership as our esteemed President, I trust you could have taken the initiative to gather a comprehensive list and share it with our community.

If writting and replying is your hobby better keep your knowledge updated before writing and replying.

Following are the facts which shows your gross ignorance about the IIISLA.

1.THE elections for zone and chapter were not held after 2013 which were conducted in 2019 in my tenure .After that till date it is not been conducted 

2. The rotationally retired directors vacancies of four directors were filled by election in my Tenure 2021 After that till date it is not been conducted .

3. there were upgraded of very seniors @600 associate members to Fellow member which were pending for short of  training hrs.

These are few examples out if many  and recorded in IIISLA history.

If these are the facts you have ignored then  your writings are hapazardical with out application of mind and out of ill intention AND still you are claiming that you wants to do something for fraternity ITS VERY HYPOCRITICAL ON YOUR PART  . 

Still you want members to believe in you Who is writing only for the sake of hobby with out any sincerity towards the fraternity. I am replying because you have mentioned my name in all your so called  replies which are far from truth about me.

   What did you do when you were entrusted for an assignment after the meeting with NIA CMD during DCS Raju's Tenure. You deliberately ignored the opportunity and did nothing for the fraternity.  

   Now you are spreading baseless and useless information. If you have guts, with your so-called knowledge and the LAW degree you hold, end the MISP and Outsourcing Violations (LAA).

   When the Motor Insurance Business was reworked by IRDAI, why was no surveyor representative included by IRDAI (Even a Broker was included).  This is because IIISLA never proved that we are a major stakeholder in the General Insurance Industry and it is the total failure of all the CC's 

    If you have used your knowledge to publish a book, then why did you skip the opportunity to write the issues faced by the surveyor community to IRDAI or related authorities and resolve it.  

   It's better you accept that you were a big failure during your tenure and keep away from harming the fraternity. 

   I am writing the facts to open the eyes of the common members who are misguided by Betrayers. 

   I reiterate that I am not writing for Contesting the Next CC or Chapter or Zone Elections. I want to serve the Fraternity by spreading the knowledge I have gained from this profession in a professional manner.
