PROTEST AGAIST LAA AND VOILATION OF NSL LIMIT

Friends,
the issue of LAA is not mine, not of the surveyors of Purvanchal, not of the surveyors of Uttar Pradesh but of the surveyors of the entire country and their families. If we all focus on this issue without getting into any politics of IIISLA, then perhaps, we can attract the attention of the new government and get success by looking at the performance of the Loss Assessment Agency.
*Those who try never lose.*
The issue of violation of the limit of Rs 50,000 by private companies is also very important. God has given this special right to all of us, surveyors of UP and Purvanchal that Mr. Pankaj Chaudhary of their area has been given the status of Minister of State for Finance. He has been helping the surveyors of Gorakhpur in license renewal earlier also.
Now, We all should support only those IIISLA leaders who want to talk about LAA and the limit of Rs 50,000. It remains to be seen how serious the current office bearers of the Central Council are on this issue. Let me remind you that the surveyors of POORVANCHAL of Uttar Pradesh have been on protest since 26 August 2023. In the meeting they held in Varanasi, the anger of the members was clearly visible. Due to anger, some members even said harsh things to the officials of IIISLA. I have no hesitation in saying that the officials of IIISLA at that time took cognizance of the harsh things but did not take any action on the issue of LAA. Immediately after this, the then President spent lakhs of rupees in a five-star hotel in Lucknow and gave his explanation in the presence of only 52 people and that explanation also proved to be baseless later. At that time, some people also had to face disciplinary action.
Even in such a situation, the surveyors of the state are continuing their struggle on the issue till date.
It is an appeal to the honourable officials of IIISLA, whether OFFICIAL or NON OFFICIAL, to raise this issue with good intentions. We all are with you on this issue but remember that your every stepS will be under constant monitoring of all the members. Our campaign against LAA and violation of limit of Rs 50000 will continue.
Today, when all the government insurance companies are auditing the performance of these loss assessment agencies, in such a situation if we all raise our voice together then Inshallah, we will definitely win.
Raising voice against LAA is equal to our fundamental right of right to live.

एल ए ए का मुद्दा मेरा नहीं, पूर्वांचल के सर्वयरों का नहीं ,उत्तर प्रदेश के सर्वयरों का नहीं बल्कि पूरे देश के सर्वयरों का और उनके परिवारों का भरण पोषण का मुद्दा है। ईसला की किसी भी राजनीति में न पड़कर अगर हम सब केवल इस मुद्दे पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करें तो शायद लॉस असेसमेंट एजेंसी की परफॉर्मेंस को देखते हुए हम नई सरकार का भी ध्यान आकर्षित कर सकते हैं और सफलता भी मिल सकती है।
*कोशिश करने वालों की कभी हार नहीं होती।*
प्राइवेट कंपनियों द्वारा 50000 की लिमिट का उल्लंघन करने का विषय भी अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। हम सब UP के सर्वयरों का और पूर्वांचल के सर्वयरों को ईश्वर ने यह विशेष अधिकार दिया है कि उनके क्षेत्र के श्री पंकज चौधरी को वित्त राज्य मंत्री का दर्जा दिया गया है। गोरखपुर के सर्वयरों को लाइसेंस रिनिवल में वह पहले भी मदद करते रहे।
हम सब लोग केवल उन्हीं इस्ला के उन्हीं नेताओं का समर्थन करें जो LAA और 50000 की लिमिट पर बात करना चाहते हैं। देखना होगा कि सेंट्रल काउंसिल के वर्तमान पदाधिकारी गैन इस विषय पर कितने गंभीर हैं।
मैं आपको याद दिला दें, विगत 26 अगस्त से उत्तर प्रदेश के सर्वेयर आंदोलन रत हैं। उन्होंने वाराणसी में जो बैठक की थी, उसमें सदस्यों का आक्रोश साफ दिखता आक्रोश वश कुछ सदस्यों ने इस्ला के पदाधिकारियों को को उल्टा सीधा भी कह दिया था। मुझे यह कहने में कतई संकोच नहीं है कि उसे समय के इस्ला के पदाधिकारी ने उल्टी सीधी बातों का तो संज्ञान लिया लेकिन LAA के मुद्दे पर कोई भी कार्रवाई नहीं की। इसके तुरंत बाद तत्कालीन प्रेसिडेंट ने लखनऊ के एक पांच सितारा होटल में लाखों रूपये खर्च करके 52 लोगों की उपस्थिति में अपना स्पष्टीकरण दिया और वह स्पष्टीकरण भी बाद में हवा हवाई साबित हुए। उस समय कुछ लोगों को अनुशानात्मक करवाई का सामना भी करना पड़ा।
ऐसी स्थिति में भी आज तक प्रदेश के सर्वेयर मुद्दे पर अपना संघर्ष जारी रखे हुए हैं।
इस्ला के माननीय पदाधिकारी गण चाहे वह कथित हों या तथा कथित हों, से अपील है, इस विषय को अच्छी नियत से उठाइए। हम सभी सरवर इस विषय पर आपके साथ हैं लेकिन आप याद रखें आपका हर कदम सारे मेंबर की निरंतर निगरानी में रहेगा
एल ए ए और 50000 की लिमिट का उल्लंघन के विरुद्ध हम सब लोगों का अभियान जारी रहेगा।
आज जब सभी सरकारी बीमा कंपनियां इन लॉस असेसमेंट एजेंसी का परफॉर्मेंस का ऑडिट कर रही है, ऐसी स्थिति अगर हम सब मिलकर आवाज़ उठाएं तो इंशाल्लाह विजय जरूर होगी।
LAA के विरुद्ध आवाज उठाना हम लोगों के जीने के अधिकार के मौलिक अधिकारों के बराबर है।
