Dear Mr. Wangoo,

You have rightly said in the end that

GOD HELP THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES.

It is really the need of hour that job rotation should be there for the surveyors.

After all in the name of brotherhood we all can shrug out our self interest and can think on the lines of

SARV JAN HITAY, SARV JAN SUKHAY

After all we all are professionals but since last so many years I have not seen such kind of attitude in surveyors.

I am into this profession since last 15 years but its very sad that I have seen our brothers just doing nothing but defaming their colleagues, in the offices and other places.Pointing out mistake of another person can not hide your own misdeeds.

But one thing is clear that if we want to save our profession, if we want to bring glory to our profession, if we want to live with respect while in our profession, we all must come forward, must fight for our rights, must be united

and after and above all

"MUST FIGHT FOR OUR EXISTENCE".

Dear all SLA';s & concerned,

Due to pre - occupation there was a delay in communication. We thank all of you who have shown positive concern towards the up - gradation of thinking beyond IIISLA platform and have shown keen interest in taking up matters with local Insurers in local groups rather on all India platform. Many of members of IIISLA have taken oath that they will NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO IIISLA unless and otherwise they can see that the actions of IIISLA are for their welfare interest in ALL THE TIMES TO COME not short lived.

The issue of SURVEY JOBS BY ROTATION has been welcomed by most of you who contacted us for further action, we have to give you mind that only we can not guarantee you this for ever but we together have to develop LOCAL BODIES to seek its IMPLEMENTATION at ALL TIMES TO COME. For LOCAL BODIES when they give us Information about its NON-IMPLEMENTATION by any of the OFFICES then WE WILL TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE CONCERNED HEAD OFFICE of BOTH PUBLIC & PRIVATE INSURER so that they immediately take action against that OFFICE WHICH IS NOT ALLOCATING SURVEY JOBS BY ROTATION.

Every Surveyor has to contribute to this FIGHT till this is achieved. WE WILL TRY THAT THIS " Survey Jobs by Rotation" BECOMES STATUTE by the ORDINANCE from MINISTRY of FINANCE from intervention of PMO Modiji';s clarion call ACHEE DIN AA GAYE and CAG will be taking note of it before signing of the AUDIT REPORT/s of Individual Insurers. Above all various Committee Reports including LAW COMMISSION REPORT have strongly recommended this aspect.

So it is most respectfully, obediently & sincerely REQUESTED TO ALL THOSE at least THOSE WHO ARE LIVING HAND to MOUTH to form LOCAL GROUPS for Implementation of SURVEY JOBS BY ROTATION in your own interest NOT FOR POLITICS.

GOD HELPS THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES.

Hope this time the wrong notions that iiisla is the only saving face for surveyors professional pursuits and very existence shall be broken once for all. Iiisla appears to be leading towards destined death. Exactly what was done with iisa is to follow again.

Thanks for understanding the basic need of Surveyors & Profession.

LET ALL OF US TAKE A OATH TO REVIVE THE SURVEYORS PROFESSION TO PRE-IRDA ERA. Though at that time also there were some problems but those were NOT from some SLA's as of NOW IT IS ONLY SOME SLA's WHO HAVE RUINED THIS PROFESSION. SO WE HAVE TO THROW THEM OUT OF THE PROFESSION BY INITIATING C.B.I. INQUIRY AGAINST THEM.

SO JUST WAIT AND WATCH.
