How to Install MSMS:
Supported Operating System:
MSMS will run on following operating System:
1) Windows xp with Service Pack 3
(If your system is not updated with Service pack 3 then you can
download this from following Microsoft link and install it before MSMS
installation

2) Windows 7
3) Windows 8
4) Minimum screen resolution : 800 * 600
Please follow the below mentioned steps to install the MSMS on your
system.
1) Open the webpage
http://gyanam.in/MSMS/publish.htm
2) This will open the download page, click the “Install” button.
3) This will prompt you to save or Run the application.
4) Select Save As and save to your computer.
5) After save in case if it will prompt the below mentioned message
then, please click the Actions and then it will open the second screen
shown below, select the “Run Anyway” and this will start the
installation.
6) During installation it will prompt you couple of messages, please
select “Accept”. And this will complete the installation process.
7) Internet is required to install the software and to use the
software.
Installation will take around 2 hrs. It depends on your internet
speed.
9) If firewall is enabled on your system, then kindly review the
settings to ensure the MSMS is not blocked there.
How to start your First Report in MSMS:
Your login is created in MSMS System. To Login, enter your licence
number and your password is 1234.
This will start the MSMS.
1) Please change your password after login. Its complete secured
system, only you can view your reports.
2) Please open the Letter Head (it’s there in left Menu Strip) to view
all your letter head information and please modify it, if required.
3) You will see one sample report on your login. This is available for
your reference. This will help you to understand the system.
4) Click on Reports from left menu strip to see all the different
report formats available and select any format to view the report.
5) Please open, all screens one by one to understand the system and
see what type of data is entered in sample reports. This will help you
when you will create your new report.
6) Now you can create new survey on click on New and start creating
your reports.
7) It’s easy to use, you need to open the screen and fields are self-
explanatory and you can enter the appropriate values.
You will see many shortcuts available in the system like “Get” button
on observation, conclusion, assessment etc., you can use this to get
the data of any of your previous report. No need to type again.
9) You can import the estimation sheet from Pdf or excel file to
create your assessment. Very simple steps are there to perform this:
a. Go to the Other Details tab on Assessment Screen.
b. Click the Browse button to select you Pdf or excel file.
c. This will take some time and will show all you data on screen, now
here you can see the column numbers and row numbers to import into
system. Enter the appropriate column and Row number and click the
import button. Perform this for both Parts and Labour.
