Now as insured can depute surveyor and pay the survey fee to surveyor, there will be certain possibilities area that can emerge.
  • One is if insured depute one surveyor and insured depute another and assessment will vary and that will be cause of great litigation.
  • Insured will find surveyor that will pay him most from the loss and will be ready to pay more than fees on this account.
  • There will be diversification of surveyors working for insurer and working for insured as insurer will not like to depute surveyors working as Public surveyors.
  • If In small section of some state if All surveyors be united and only work for public , insurer will make maska of all surveyors in that area.
What do you think will happen on this account?

Certainly a great idea that can change your life!

If successful all surveyors happy, If not the one surveyor miserable

Surveyors are born adventurists so we think about this.

It is not a job of individual person to bear the opposition
pressures.

We have seen Insurers importing surveyors from other region as there
is no shortage of them.

Its not great idea.
it means 'charterd' status to SLAs as we have been demanding for log.
