Survey Fees bill raised on the loss assessed - Fees paid by a Public Sector Insurance Company on the loss settled.

Dear Surveyor brothers,

One Public Sector Insurance Company has paid me Survey Fees based on the loss settled instead of the on the loss assessed. My complaint about the same IRDI was not responded. Whether IIISLA will come forward to help us? If so whom to approach? Otherwise, I have left with no choice than to file a suit against the company for recovery. 

I request the members in this forum to give their suggestions.
