Future Of IIISLA?

Respected All:

For a long time, we are expecting that the chartered Status will be given to the IIISLA. In the name of Charter status we have lost a precious time and money but till date, there is an ambiguity that what is the meaning of this status for the members. I am sure that there will no gain for most of us. I am of the opinion that we were more in comfort before the compulsory membership. I accept that this is due to the incapable leadership who wants to be whole timer leaders. Rightly a gang of goons has emerged due to the ignorance of the members. 

These leaders created the terror for common members in the name of show cause notices and pressed to mum against their illegal activity and loot of fund. The AOA and MOU were thrown away. They run the IIISLA on their own whims and fancies. The crores of money was siphoned off, The accounts were passed by win-win situations. The MOS's were being appointed as to control the objecting members. The meetings were decorated with drunk, Dance, and dinner with nil results. The highly ignored and incapable members were selected in the name of CC by collecting blank ballots and have proved like a rubber stamp. The most defect in the system, is ignorance of the members.

The membership register is also a puzzle, No can clarify the good standing definition. The only scheme for benevolent of members has become a headache for leaders and members. Rather I am of the opinion that we should always support such a move if it is in full proof for benefit of the members.

The Group of goons has made the election system as a handicapped and a tool to keep away the General member away from participation. The  Nominations are being canceled without assigning any reason. The Election officers are being appointed to obey the instructions only. Then the ballots papers are sent to the selected. The resection of ballots if they not found in their favor. 

The membership has been abandoned due to some unknown reasons, The members and newcomers are suffering due to the requirement of the membership. 

The President post of the IIISLA is like a musical Chair game, No one can ascertain for tomorrow. Once disqualified member should go away on his own but again and again trying to be the chief disturbing the whole system. The no. game is being played instead of moral and ethics. shamelessly, some selected members finding their future to reappoint him. Then why we are expecting the Chartered status. What will it mean?

Please try to make a clear and clean IIISLA before wanting something more. 

This is my personal observations only, you are wiser and capable to me to keep IIISLA on move.

the iiisla foundation from 2006 but till dated huge funds had been collect but there is no institute of iiisla on physical ground so this organisation upper council members do no work ON BASIC THINGS and on the name of work they grab money from members.

on the name of upgradtion membership L/A/F BUT NO USE OR IMPLEMENT BY ANY INSURER TO THE MEMBERS.

THIS TYPE MANY MORE TOPIC WAS HIDDEN AND MAKING FOOL TO THE MEMBERS ON THE NAME OF MEMBERSHIP.

THINK BROTHER SURVEYOR AND STOP THESE THINGS AND MAKE IIISLA MAIN MOTO 

THIS YOUR IIISLA AND THIS IS BORN BY YOUR BLOODED/HARD MONEY
