Delay in renewing the Survey License

Dear Sir,

I am an Insurance Surveyor holding license No. 8325 which has expired on 20.02.2025 for which I have started the process of sending the required documents to the bap portal in the month of January itself and I have sent the following documents:

1. Copy of my Survey License.
2. Copy of membership certificate issued by the IIISLA 
3. Copy of Fellow Membership certificate issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
4. Copy of Certificate of Practise issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
5. Copy of latest downloaded Aadhar
6. Copy of latest downloaded PAN Card
7. Copy of receipt for payment of membership fees to IIISLA
8. Copy of renewal fees paid to IRDAI
9. IRDAI Form 5AF
10. IRDAI Form 1AF

But I am sorry to inform you that I have not received the renewed license till date because of which I am not getting the fees for survey reports released and I am not able to release the reports for the surveys conducted.

I request for the early issue of the renewed license.

Dear friends,

For the mail sent to the HELP DESK of IIISLA on 22nd April, I have not received even acknowledgement till date. But for the complaint made in the IRDA site, I have received a mail to prefer a complaint in the prescribed for mat, which deals with only the insurance policies, for which I have written to them that this complaint is not related to POLICIES, but SURVEY LICENSE and I am waiting for the reply. Till date the license is not renewed.

1 matter is noticed claim of 54000/- & claim handled by inhouse surveyor & that too at authorised workshop & policy is of raheja Qbe.

can someone suggest how to complain so that strict action should be taken against it.
