--Dear SirPlease contact followingRe: Online system for licensing and renewal To All Surveyors and Loss Assessors It is brought to the notice of all surveyors that Authority has implemented online system of licensing for renewal/ fresh applications and the Surveyor Department has been shifted to IRDA Delhi Regional Office at Jeevan Tara Building, First Floor, Gate No. 3, Parliament Street, New Delhi – 110001. Email: surv...@irda.gov.in. However, it is observed that the applications for licensing / renewal are still being sent to Hyderabad Office which is causing unnecessary delay. All surveyors are therefore directed to send their application only to the Delhi Regional Office. All Surveyors are once again advised to apply for licensing and renewal online only. To ensure timely renewal, a surveyor should initiate online filing of application before 60 days from the date of expiry. It is preferred to pay the fee online however, in case if applicant is sending DD, the same shall be drawn in favor of IRDA payable at New Delhi. All documents along with DD (if applicable) should be sent to Delhi Regional Office of IRDA on above address only. All trainee applicants are advised to obtain student membership immediately after the enrolment is approved and system generated mail is received confirming the enrolment. On receipt of Username & Password you need to Login in (using only Internet Explorer version lower than ie-8) & change the Pass-word.

** First file form 12 for the last completed 5 years as per the table given in this form. Keep this data ready in this format for easier filing. We will receive confirmation of receipt for each year by email.
Then go for filling the Application form. IFor this, keep ready following documents.
1. Print Affidavit on Rs.10/- NJ stamp paper & get it Notorised - Pdf
2. DD payable at Hyderabad / Net Payment
3. Qualification certificates required to act as surveyor_ Attested by notary. (Pdf)
4. Single scanned photo_ scanned (jpg).
5. Signature_Scanned (jpg).
6. Membership certificate of IIISLA (Pdf)
7. Address Proof – Aadhar Card / Driving license (Pdf)
8. ID Proof – PAN card. (Pdf)
9. Details of DD (Pdf) / Net Payment for renewal fees.
All these needs to kept in soft in one folder and has to be uploaded on portal
Hardcopy needs to be sent to New Delhi office after uploading; along with Rs.25/- stamp affixed + self addressed envelop.
This all you need upload before 30 days or you have to pay penalty of 750 for applying within 30 days. One can do this 90 days before expiry date of license.
First prepare all hardcopy, scan those (Pdf) & your signature (jpg) & photo (jpg).
