NO SURVEY LIMIT REMAINED UNCHANGED

Dear friends. 

1. As you all are aware of the fact that as per surveyor regulations 2015 NO SURVEY LIMIT is subject to revision in every three years and IRDA under the pressure of private insurance companies had tried to increase the NSL for both motor and non motor but due to our efforts by responses in thousands  to the exposure draft and further  protesting in the IAC meeting and finally when Still  IRDA wanted to increase the NSL  as a last resort we approached court of law  at Hon Delhi HC where in we got the relief that no survey limit remained  unchanged to 50000 only for motor and 100000 for Non motor which was enhanced from 20000 to 50000 for motor and 100000 for Non motor in 2015 and also shifted  from Insurance Act to the regulator with the power to revise it after each there Years ( But the then office bearers played a role of mute spectators , Mr Ashok Kumar and Lalit Gupta)

2. There were many members who had a huge experience as surveyor and loss assessor for @more than 25 years but because of shortfall in the training  credit hours not able to get upgradation to FELLOW LEVEL  membership and there were no adequate training programs on Pan India basis were conducted to fulfill this criteria of training hours and hence as a one time exercise we have decide it to upgrade the members who is completing the criteria of experience but having some shortfall in the credit training hours to upgrade from associate to fellow membership and we are happy to say that we could process and complete upgradation of around 700 members from associate to fellow and licenciate to associate.

3. Due to pandemic in lockdown period we have  conducted free of cost webinars to the tune of 90 nos  for our members with the well known faculties which includes Mr Tony Fernandez ,PC Shukla Mr K B Manchanda  Mr Sainani and others , coordinated by Sachin mulgi and Sameer Joshi.

4. We have paid more than 30 IBF claims in record time to the  unfortunate families of our belated IBF members .

5.We have submitted revision  in AOA/RPCEC  to Regulator to fall in line with Company Act .

6. First time GIPSA invited IIISLA office bearers in PSU General Managers    meeting conducted for revision of survey fees which is pending with GIPSA for some technical reason.

7. We thanks to the Oriental Insurance co that there HO has honored our request  by advising all ROs of alloting survey jobs   to new entrants  who got through SMP and were  waiting for job allotment.

सेंट्रल कौंसिल के मतदान का दिन दस्तक दे रहा है। हमें अपना मस्तिष्क खुला रखना है। 

1. अपने profession को आई आर डी ए ने नेस्तनाबूद करने की ठानी थी मगर संघर्ष किसने किया। 2015 में सेक्रेट्री ने या 2019 के सेक्रेटरी ने। हम लोगो ने रेगुलेटर को अपनी न्यायोचित मांगो को मानने के लिए मजबूर करके 50 हज़ार की लिमिट नहीं बढ़ने दी।जबकि 2015 में रेगुलेशन के खिलाफ कोई चूं की आवाज़ तक नहीं निकली। 
2. अपने बहुत सारे सीनियर साथी कुंठित थे कि 20 से चालीस बर्षों के अनुभव के बाबजूद इईस्ला की कैटेगरी प्रोन्नति नहीं की थी। 2019 के बाद हम लोगों ने  अपने इन एक हज़ार बरिष्ठ साथियों को अपग्रेड करके सम्मानित किया। जब कि कुछ लोग इसके खिलाफ दिल्ली हाइकोर्ट में रिट पेटिशन तक दाखिल करके इन बरिष्ठ साथियों का अपमान किया।
   
3. हमारे सभी साथी लाइसेंस के रिन्यूअल में समस्यायों का सामना कर रहे हैं। हम लोगो ने एक सांसद के माध्यम से इसके विरुद्ध आवाज उठाई। आपको आश्चर्य होगा कि एक सेंट्रल कौंसिल मेंबर ने आई आर डी ए में अधिकारियों के इशारे पर उन माननीय सांसद की ही शिकायत प्रधान मंत्री तक से कर दी। उन लोगों की मानसिकता आई आर डी ए के यहां गिरवी रखी है।
   

फर्क साफ है।

मेरी राय है, राहुल जाधव को सेंट्रल कौंसिल में रहना चाहिए।

Dear Mr Sinha, 

Your uestionair is totally based on false allegations and a propaganda tomislead members. I will take the opportunity to respond to your questions and put back questions to you and candidates whom you are propagating for. 

1.  how much good is done in training programmes made in past except that these were BHARAT DARSHAN and give me your qualifications and credentials that you were made the faculty in many of them. More over how do you expect such seminars in last two years covid period. 

I put a counter question on you that there is huge amount of penalty of Service Tax due to these Seminars conducted in past. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE AND LIABLE FOR THIS. Not only this lot of Service Tax which is concealed of collections in seminars conducted at chapter and zone levels. who will take the responsibility of the same. 

The spending in the court cases was forced by previous council members who did not lay proper rules and regulations ands started a tradition to rule on whims. LG is main culprit of it by holding the post with invalid DIN and not giving details of accounts. No council can escape the presence in the court if a case i filed against. To the best of my knowledge, first case was filed by Mr Jawahar Lal Tiku in connivance with present team members whom you are propagating for. Rest of the cases were only follow up cases. 

What is your reaction to this fact?

Delay in deposition of Subscription is not due to Corona. Members have not taken IIISLA membership seriously and this is forced on them by previous council members, particularly who accepted and consented 2015 amendments in Act and regulations with enhanced "no survey limit". Corona is just a alibi being being projected by you and the fact is the high minded attitude of those past council members whom you are supporting. 

what is your reply for delayed payments prior to corona and not paid for years altogether. Against all the rules Mr Nirmal Tripathi forced membership at half the entry fee to only winvotes. Even these members defaulted further payment till membership became mandatory. This is an indication that members were not intrested in IIISLA due to mismanagements of those whom you are supporting. 

In regard to Accounts not passed, there have been regular irregularities over the years. I wonder if you know and remember that there was as high as 60 Lacs rupees in suspence account when Mr Tadha Took the charge. Accounts should have been rejected then. Mr Sunil Vora tries to make up the accounts by transferring this suspence to Corpus Fund. But again further mess was sdone by LG. Accounts were almost rejected when Mr LG was in chair in AGM. I earned a bad name to favour him and pleading for approval of  account conditionally. But Mr LG cheated the members and never corrected the accounts. So with such a bad foundations, accounts had to be rejected. 

My question to you that why the accounts of North Zone for period of Mr Nirmal Tripathi as Sectratry are not submitted till now. In what capacity Mr Lalit Gupta was holding a Delhi account and transacted 58 lacs in it with our any audit. Why are you silent on this account.

I AM SORRY TO SAY MR SINHA, BUT IF LIST OF PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING IIISLA TO PRESENT STATUS IS MADE THEN ON TOP OF THE LIST SHALL BE THOSE WHOM YOU ARE SUPPORTING NOW AND IN PAST ALSO. I AM NOT NAMING THOSE WHO HAVE LEFT US. 

I WANT TO WARN THE MEMBERS IF THIS TEAM IS VOTED TO POWER AND MR LG IS PRESIDENT IIISLA SHALL HAVE THE SAME FATE AS THAT OF IISA AND LICENSING ABOLISHING IS NEXT TARGET.

More over let me remind you recently we conducted  residential training programs at Sawai Madhopur and Puri in one of the training program you attended as faculty , you   came along with your family in that program  , you seems to forgotten that also please try to be honest while writing.

This is the last chance for you to do something for the sake of saving your profession. Many times the innocent members were lured to vote for the notorious group and some of them said to have won the last election on manipulations.

Dear Sir/Respected members,

I am very much convinced with the version and reply of learned Sh Bhatia JI and his apprehension on the fate of IIISLA.  

Our members across India are alarmed that you are busy in groups and garlanding the misdeeds and misfeasance because you are concerned particularly on your bread and butter or no. of survey jobs.  The majority (Motor) surveyors right from the towns to big cities/ metro cities are engaged with the public insurers.Public insurers are not much interested in motor portfolios because of OEM' s one sided MOU's and reservations. The days or not far when your statutory need will see end. 

IIISLA as association or institution registered under companies Act can play a role in between surveyors and regulators including insurers private or public. So IIISLA Indoor management and corporate governance should be on top priority that could only be possible when Iiisla could get competent and qualified directors. The management of IIISLA in fancy and self whims as it had been managed since its inception for the years as Sh Bhatia ji highlighted in his version would be disastrous. The surveyors do care for their bread and butter pose themself before insurers as big as they can show also compete with the competitors or others but regret to inform you as a big knower could not give head to your professional body iiisla. Any mike picker /poser can lead you this way or that way.

 be investigative and choose this time with a vast majority different from other elections or be ready to perish in future. 

Besides the disastrous pandemic year 2020, and 2021 can be remembered as a relation building and a first step toward far reaching goals.

You can blame personally to any of the director or can blame that readmission fee been imposed but see inside or realize yourself what could be the remedy when the subscription voluntarily are not being paid by the members. 

I would like to suggest you, be the chooser but choose competent and good one.  See  qualification, capability, commitment, seriousness, integrity if you want this institute or choose to be deregulated in future. 

I support the strong team contestants led by Rahul Jadhav on the above explained qualities. You also decide to make this institution a professionally managed institution, rejecting  the fancy and whims as you have seen in the past.
