Dear Sir,
I recently come to know some major discrepancies about Delhi Accounts, as provided by IIISLA sites through Annual Report 2019-2020 (attached).
As per said report, elected council of Delhi Chapter couldn’t produce annual audit report of Delhi Chapter & IIISLA central council had audited their annual report without considering this.
As per company act this is clear violation of company act and selected council members of Delhi Chapter at that time, should be held responsible for this and should be debarred from current council as per company act; accordingly, their selection as per recent Delhi Chapter election held on 03.11.2020, must be null & void. Furthermore, the defaulter contestants who are participating in recent council election should be debarred from contesting this election.
