Dear Sir,
A very good helpdesk for irdai license renewal has been established by the new council. Swagat yogya kadam hai.
Earlier the licenses renewal were pursued by the deprived applicants with the concerned officer / staffs also it is reasonable and legal for the deprived one in our country.
I personally thank to the board of directors specially to president for this helpdesk. As it is iiiisla helpdesk so as a chapter I will suggest only this helpdesk for the said problem.
Our constitution has given the right to each and every one to pursue his deprivation formally with the concerned authorities, if there is no resolution then to the other competent authorities. I have suggested only the licensing authority because the matter is very much concerned with them in absense of any alternate or appropriate forum hence that is reasonable legal and justified right of deprived one.
Earlier to this council these problems were raised with the ministers by the iiisla post holder and also in non post holding condition by the same even on MPs letter head for political gain Or problem resolution.(copies and records are available on social media and google groups.)
The functioning of our council should be uniform in all circumstances. Members rights and welfare are it's prime concern. Communication from top to bottom and bottom to top recommendation for IIISLA work should be in legal and reasonable way as mandated by AOA. I usually follow the decor in legal and article of Association way.

We should not write directly to IRDAI or Ministry of Finance. Doing so would be a violation of protocol. When help desk has been created in the head office of IIISLA, then first of all, we should put our issues through helpdesk only or iiisla newly elected office bearers.
