Dear Yogesh Patil,

I also wrote to IRDAI on 18th June 2026 about various points I have raised in the AGM for which our
President Mr. Partap Rishi Bhasin has not given a suitable and convincing reply.  One thing I understand
after attending the AGM is that our President is a GOOD STORY TELLER.

I am compelled to take points to IRDAI and seek its intervention in setting right the issues in IIISLA for
the good of all the members.

All the IIISLA Members can see "NO TANGIBLE WORK/ DEVELOPMENT" is done by  neither the
Present CC Members nor  are the Retiring CC Members and such being the case, why do you people
FIGHT FOR CHAIR fighting for the CHAIR?

Let's  all hope for the best, I have FULL FAITH ON IRDAI as the officers there are HIGHLY QUALIFIED
unlike our IIISLA, where even a DIPLOMA HOLDERS is chosen as Directors, who lacks Administration
and Accounts Skills altogether.  I am not undermining the Diploma Holders but what I want to say is that
they are NOT/LESS SUITABLE FOR THAT POSITION because the Administration, Accounting
and Statutory Compliances are not familiar to them. Otherwise, how our Directors simply WATCH
AND ENJOY when the STATUTORY AUDITOR is issuing the QUALIFIED AUDITORS REPORT, year
after year.  It is not a shame to  find the qualified report " GST Reconciliation is not done" and the
+ Members Subscription Fees of earlier is not properly reconciled".  Auditors Qualified Report speaks
about how the IIISLA is poorly managed.

Our Directors are NOT CAPABLE of reading our own Articles of Association and function within the LIMITS
SET FORTH  in the AOA.  This is the problem not only with the Present Directors but also with the Previous
Directors too.  How can the Companies Act 2013, can find place in the IIISLA's Articles of Association
dated 13th May 2005 under the heads "Elections?  This simple common sense which is lacking with
our Directors.  Either IRDAI or God only can help us in the current situation.

IRDAI's Master Circular about ASAP was issued in August 2024 and IRDAI has given directions to IIISLA to
develop the software with the help of GIC and implement ASAP within FOUR MONTHS. Is this not TOTAL
FAILURE on the part of our Directors for having FAILED TO MEET THE DEADLINES?  Almost TWO YEARS
is going to be over and STILL THE SOFTWARE IS OUT OF SIGHT and now we are SENDING LEGAL LETTER
TO GIC  and this is what IIISLA is. Mr. Partap Rishi Bhasin still claims that he has done a WONDERFUL & EXCELLENT job for IIISLA in AGM.

Friends,

Greetings!

The truth can be delayed for a while, but it cannot be defeated. Today, a significant order from the regulator has once again proven that truth ultimately prevails.

The IIISLA Secretary had instructed the admin to officially upload this order to the website for the benefit of all members; however, it is regrettable that the order has not yet been uploaded.
Since this order is of utmost importance—being a document directly or indirectly linked to the rights, interests, and future of nearly every member *Team Satyamev Jayate* considers it a moral obligation to present this order to all members with transparency and integrity.
With this objective, a Zoom meeting is being organized on June 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
Time: Jun 20, 2026 10:00 India
Meeting ID: 839 1629 6627
Passcode: 362144
We earnestly request all colleagues to join in large numbers, view and understand the order firsthand, and form their own opinions based on the facts.
Knowing the truth is every member's right, and sharing it is our duty.
