Greetings from IIISLA ,

The Council under the leadership of President, met Mr. NK Sidhu,GM at H.O. UIIC Chennai and presented new proposed survey fees schedule. Discussed various issues including LAA issues. Very positive response and a very healthy discussion with Honourable GM, UIIC who extended a very warm hospitality during the lunch. 

IIISLA council believes in dialogue and good relationships and intends to move towards positive progress. 

Members are requested to maintain harmony and beware of rumours.

WHY DON'T YOU COMMENT ON ILLEGAL BLOCKING OF INDEPENDENT SURVEYORS AND EVEN WITHOUT STATING ANY REASON .

WHY THE LIST OF BLOCKED MEMBERS NOT PUBLISHED ON IIISLA WEBSITE, HOW FEW ARE BEING UNBLOCKED AND ON WHAT CONSIDERATION,LET THE MEMBERS KNOW, BE FARE AND TRANSPARENT FIRST.

Dear Yogesh Ji,

There is lot of unrest among members regarding the blocking of members and revision of IIISLA fee without any consultations. Dining out with GM may be your good relation-building strategy but relating it to survey fee increase proposal is not digestable. Please do work on things required for IIISLA practically.

Dear Yogesh,

   Please share the proposal given to the United India. The present or past council could not clear the ambiguities in the existing fees schedule, have you rectified the same through GIPSA. Why is the council not calling for the opinion of the members, before taking such crucial decisions. The Survey Fee revision is to be taken up with GIPSA and not with United India. Hope you share the details and revise the same and present it to GIPSA.
