How the IIISLA functions? Whether it serves the purpose?

Dear friends,

Since I am Chartered Accountant and my exposure to survey is minimal, I do not know how the IIISLA helps the members for their professional development and whether the Institute helps members in their hour of crisis. 

As far as I am concerned, I had raised two issues; one delay in the renewal process and the other one is disputes in the Survey Fees about which I have shared the full details in this group. But the IIISLA did nothing; I am sorry to say that they lent a deaf ear. 

None of the elected members came forward to help me; this is just for the information of the members.
