WHERE IS IIISLA?

As come to know that IRDA has replied in an RTI application that the building floor 5th Floor at Parishram Bhavan, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad is rented accomodation and is in their possession and there is no office of IIISLA on this floor. 

By virtu of this it becomes a serious situation that where is the registered office of IIISLA as required under law. Now if any council member, Zonal council member or chapter office bearers or even so called unit office bearers sign on any document stating this as a registered office may be in serious troubles for misrepresenting the facts. Further those who have shown their payment of subscription to this office shall also become disputable. 

Expert of the issue may please express their views.

            Se  how  the  person  named  Mr. C.K.  BHATIA  behaves. All  the  members  of  IIISLA  knows  that  5th Floor at Parishram Bhavan, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad  is  only  the  registered  office  address  of  IIISLA.  Was  there  any  need  to  file  an  RTI  application  for  this? 

This  person  does  not  conduct  survey  work  and   spends  time  on  such  type  of  useless  activities  and  is   specially  interested  in  the  activities  which  will  harm  the  image  of  IISLA.  He  is  not at  all  a  well  wisher  of  IIISLA  but  is  interested  in  harming  the  image  of  IIISLA.

Was  there  any  registered  office  of  IIISLA  at  5 th Floor at Parishram Bhavan, Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad  before  02  years?   ( which  includes  the  period  when  Mr. Tadha  was  a  president ). If  he  would  have  got  elected ( the  chances  if  which  were  very  less )  at  IIISLA  council;  would  he  have  filed  such  RTI  Application.

Mr. C.K. BHATIA  is  doing  all  such  type  of  activities  just  to  create  a  problems  for  IIISLA.  

Day  by  day  Mr. C.K. BHATIA's  frustration  is  increasing   and   due  to  this  he  has  started  creating  new  problems  for  IIISLA.

I consider Mr. Bhan also to be a surveyor & member of IIISLA and appreciate his comments in the matter of where is IIISLA.

 

I too would ask Mr. Bhatia to raise any quarry with its solution and never to mislead the fraternity.

 

In the same manner he made allegations about the mismanagements of IIISLA funds but never gave solution that is too after getting himself assigned for carrying out the financial enquiry in the matter but never issued the report and refused for the same in similar daring way as he alleged IIISLA leadership & others for doing mismanagement of funds.  

 

I really surprise to see & read such allegations making & misleading mails still written by this man.

 

In case he wants to do some thing for the fraternity as a suspended member from IIISLA he is required to prove it by solid actions.
