Dear friends,

Few of our collogues who were also not able to renew due to the poor functioning of IRDAI and due to the non-support by the so called HELP DESK of IIISLA I am attaching the steps to be taken for renewal of license and the Form 5AF for the benefit of the fellow surveyors.
