Query regarding fire of bus under motor policy OIC

Dear sir 

A  brand new Chassis was placed in a workshop and fabrication of new bus body  was going on.About 90% of job has been completed.

 One late evening when the wshop was closed, it caught fire. No external means involved. Fire started within the bus.

On inspection it was observed that fire started due to short circuiting from the wiring inside the dashboard.

Is the claim payable,

Can anyone provide relevant policy conditions ???

Dear friend,

Under the Bailment clause,it is responsibility of garage owner to pay for any losses/occurance happened inside the primises of garage.. this would be covered under Motor Trade Internal Risk if garage owner had buy policy..
