Dear Surveyors,

     I have tried to share the reality in various groups and mails but Mr.Lalit Gupta or his supported candidates could not reply. I am sharing a few facts. There were discrepancies during the tenure of Mr.Lalit Gupta and the Compliance Report was undertaken by Mr.Anadam & Co., and a lot of irregularities were pointed out.  Mr.Lalit and his team have contributed the following in their last tenure

1. Survey Licencing Period Reduced from 5 Years to 3 Years.

2. NSL increased from ₹.20K to ₹.50K.

3. IRDAI started ignoring IIISLA from various activities.

4. Chartered Status completely kept in abeyance due to cancellation of DIN of Mr.Lalit Gupta.

5. No more Survey Fee Revision till date.

    Why DIN of Mr.Lalit Gupta has been cancelled is the question that proved Mr.Santosh Rajanna to remove me from various groups as this is very crucial at thai stage of elections and will expose the irregularities of his supporters. 

     

     Mr.Santosh Rajanna formed AIISA with the intention of sharing knowledge and the intention behind the same was to mingle with IIISLA destroyers. I had asked him to share why he has not taken a proper consensus with AIISA members regarding the contestants for the 13th Council Election, he prefered to remain silent. 

     During the 12th Council Election Mr.Siva Prakash has promised the members of South Zone that he will give chance to Kerala Chapter in the next Election and Kerala does not have any good representative till date. But he unanimously declared Mr.Santosh Rajanna for 13th Council Election without any proper consensus. Mr.Santosh Rajanna is the Chairman of Karnataka Chapter and  he should remain in the same post. 

      The bitter fact that everyone has to understand is that NO COUNCIL TILL DATE OR COUNCIL MEMBERS TILL DATE could do anything and the PRESENT COUNCIL under Mr.Lalit Gupta will not do anything good for the fraternity.

       Mr.Lalit Gupta is thinking about Charter Status just before the 13th Council Election is only an Election Gimmicks.

       Mr.Ashok Kumar is thinking about making IIISLA Strong just before the 13th Council Election, which is also an Election Gimmicks.

       

        Dear Members please ask Mr.Lalit Gupta and his supported contestants just one question, what happened to them during the previous tenure in Central Council and why did they waste time and money. 

    

          MISP was implemented because of Mr.Sivan Pillai Sir (the then Kerala Chapter Chairman) and the then CC under has no role. 

           One request to all members is that if you are not able to vote, please do not vote, but do not share the User ID and Password. 

           We cannot compromise IIISLA as a platform for these power hungry and greedy.  

   

            Do not vote for any panel or team.  Choose the best and let the Independent Surveyors be uplifted.
