Membership Fees - IIISLA

Dear Surveyors,

I could not pay the renewal subscription for my fellow membership by logging-in in the IIISLA site, because the same is not enabled; the site says that nothing is due. Is it not the duty of the concerned officials at IIISLA or the elected members to see the site is updated and ready to receive the renewal subscription?
