IIISLA CC elections 2020-21

Dear Sirs,

In the year 2020-21, you have seen a good start on Education by the current CC wherein 60+ webinars had been held and are available on U-tube for reference of the members. This is the real job of IIISLA which would further lead to :-

1. Updating & enhancing the skill & expertise of the surveyors (education for some & revision for some). This would enhance the image of a surveyor in the eyes of the stake holders.

2. Taking over of the entrance examination which was given to III as a stop gap arrangement, but is continuing with them for the last 15 years.

3. Better interpretation of policy terms and development of IIISLA competence to advise the stakeholders.

4. Development of a platform for redressal of grievances of & against the surveyors.

All above, plus toned up internal administration & accounting etc, would endear IIISLA as a useful entity for the profession & insurance industry as a whole. Once IIISLA's utility to the society is established, there would come weightage to what IIISLA says and that would solve all the problems we are facing for the last 15 years.

For all this to happen, we need a CC which has a vision, capacity to achieve that vision and team spirit for success in their mission. After going through all the groups & teams of contestants, I find Team STRONG as the most suitable & deserving team.
